8oz unsalted butter
16oz plain flour
2oz sifted icing sugar
2 beaten eggs
Pop every thing together in a magi-mix or mixer
Roll into a ball, wrap in cling film and put in fridge for about 30 minutes before you roll it
This pastry is perfect for mince-pies and sweet tarts.
Obviously you can half the recipe but every time I do that I have to make another batch immediately!
